Networking, Networking, Networking
I have to say the hardest part of being a pro photographer is to continually get more work. You need to network whenever possible. I've been in real networking mode in this last month. I've had a chance to meet with several different people the wedding industry and everyone has been great. I think my hard work now will reap the rewards later. My suggestion to anyone who is thinking about becoming a wedding photographer is to make friends with everyone else in the business.

Starting from scratch....
Today...I'm on my own and I'm starting from scratch in life. The job market is taking a dip and the staffing industry is hurting so my day job is hurting. I've decided that I'm a man of my own destiny and I'm looking to progress my photography business back to what it used to be....but it's like starting from scratch.
Task #1 is to Network, Network, Network
Task #2 is to bring in some start-up money
Task #3 is to update my equipment
Wish me luck as I will need it....
